Xuanwei ham

Named after its producing place Xuanwei County, Xuanwei ham is one of the famous specialties in Yunnan. The unique taste of Xuanwei ham makes it comparable with Jinhua ham in Zhejiang. It looks like pipa, with bright red or rosy color. The excellent quality of Xuanwei ham makes it the representative of Yunnan ham, hence often called ‘Yunnan ham’.
