Eze

Eze is a small village between Nice and Monaco. The buildings in this village are very unique. It was built on a steep cliff, like griffin nesting way, so it is also called “griffin nest village.” The village is on the top of the hill and is surrounded by a wall to prevent invasions.

This typical fortified village is unique to the region and is still in good condition. The village is small, but the path is complex like labyrinth. A historical relic used to occupy the center of the village, but over time, it has turned into a tropical botanical garden. The scenery is excellent and overlooks the Vera Channel and the Mediterranean Sea.

Transportation: From Nice to Eze town by train, ticket price is 1.5 euro. Arrive at Eze railway station then transfer the bus to the mountain after exit. About half an hour.
