Nyhavn is a great tourist destination, especially during summer. You can enjoy dinner in the cozy restaurants, or buy some beer in the shops nearby, or walk around the wharf while drinking and enjoying the unique scenery here, just like the local residents.

Canal 9 in New Port was built in 1681, which is the oldest building here. This building has been preserved to this day since its completion, with no changes made. Many famous artists have been living in the colored cottages along the coast of New Port Canal. H.C. Andersen was living here before.
