Kazakh Museum of Folk Musical Instruments

It is located in a house which is an antique like tower inside Pan Philippine Ralph Park in the downtown. It is particularly noticeable. The external wall is a mosaic of wood, in front of the building it the Kazakhstan’s national musical instrument“Baez.”This is the Kazakh Museum of Folk Musical Instruments.

Museum was previously the officer meeting hall, which was built in 1908; in 1908 it was rebuilt as the Republic Museum of Folk Musical Instruments and opened to the outside world. There are a total of 53instruments which was used by Abai, Jaunpur and other famous poets in the museum as well as the collections of dozens of musical instruments all over the world. It is known as one of the world’s famous museums of musical instruments.
