CityLife is Milan’s future: set among some of the most lively and historic districts, it looks forward to becoming the city’s new pulsating heart. Cutting edge of contemporary architecture with its three towers (the last to be finished in 2019), it bears the signatures of Zaha Hadid, Arata Isozaki and Daniel Libeskind. The CityLife shopping district comprises three areas: the shopping gallery on two levels (The Mall) the great central square (The Square) and the open air commercial area (The Street). Together, these house more than 100 activities, including 80 shops, 20 bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a fitness & wellness gym and a multiplex movie theater, making up Italy’s largest commercial area. CityLife is conveniently located near the center of the city and connected to Metro line n. 5. The station has been aptly named “Tre Torri” – Three Towers.
