Giant Wild Goose Pagoda

Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, located in Xi’an Temple of Da Ci’en, called “Temple west courtyard pagoda” in the ancient time. In 652, Xuanzang fetched Buddhist scriptures from India to Chang’an, and built the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda for preserving the scriptures. The tower is 64.5 meters high, which is one of the Xi’an major tourism attractions. Visitors can see the entire city from the top of the tower, and enjoy the music fountains as well.

Traffic: 5、19、21、22、27、41 buses in the city center and get off at “Dayanta” station. Or take a taxi for 15 RMB, departing from the railway station to the attraction.
