Dalian Sun Asia Ocean World

Dalian Sun Asia Ocean World is located in Dalian Xinghaiwa and is famous for its wonderful sea animal shows and Asia’s longest submarine channel. This park has a numbers of fishes, corals, polar animals, combined with a high-tech artificial seabed and polar environment. It builds an immense surrounding for visitors and makes the place a truly oceanic and polar paradise.

There are five venues in Dalian Sun Asia Ocean World with different themes which include oceanic world, polar world, coral world, deep see legend, and dinosaur legend. Oceanic world and polar world are the two biggest venues; each venue may take 1.5 hour to experience everything. The other 3 sections are rather simple, and will take less time for visiting. Food, water, and souvenirs can be bought at oceanic world and polar world, but the prices are fairly high. Visitors can bring food and water from outside.

The submarine channel and “Magic Dolphin Show” are not to be missed. The total length of the channel is 118 meters and is recognized as the longest submarine channel in Asia. Walking through the channel, the various fishes and blue ocean world make the venues romantic and fantastic. The Magic Dolphin Show is scheduled several times a day and has a duration of 20-30 minutes per show. The dolphins will interact with the audience and group photos are allowed (not for free). Other popular areas include jellyfish display area, shark display area, and other shows.

The walrus, seal and white whale show, and Antarctic Penguin Island are all popular attractions in the polar world. Morse and seal are loved for their adorable looks which can easily make visitors a laugh. One of the walrus can imitate a Michael Jackson dance. White whales are elegant and beautiful. Hundreds of penguins live in the Antarctic penguin island. A small number of King Penguins looks lovely. Furthermore, polar bears and snow wolves can be seen in the venue.

Sun Asia Coral World is an exhibiting venue with coral as the theme. There are over a thousand Coral reefs biotas, rebuild the coral living environment. Here, visitors can take colorful pictures as if they were taken from the seabed.

Deep sea legendary venue is comprised of the Deep sea experience zone and Tianmu cinema zone. Here, the largest IMAX cinema in China creates various impressive scenes. Visitors walk along the road as they are adventuring under the sea. Many surprises are set along the road make the trip magical and exciting.

Dinosaur legend venue is full of ancient fossil. There is a 4-D cinema create various exciting scenes like tyrannosaurus chasing, falling off of a cliff, forest with flower aroma, giant earthquakes and so on.
