Boeuung Kak Lake

Boeuung Kak Lake is to Phnom Penh what the West Lake is to Hangzhou. It maintains a distance with the noisy city, neither infected with the city’s fickleness nor isolated land of idyllic beauty. No matter for the local people or for the travellers, sitting by the lake or seeing sunrise and sunset are all relaxing. There are many hotels near the lake along the eastern shore of Boeung Kak Lake, although the price is more expensive. If your budget is not a factor, we recommend you to stay there and at least enjoy a meal at the lakeside restaurant or drink a cup of fresh juice. This is rare leisure time in Cambodia.
