Pyramid of Khafre

Pyramid of Khafre is the second largest pyramid of Egypt only to Pyramid of Khufu. It is the tomb of Khafre, the pharaoh of the Fourth Dynasty of Egypt. At the top of the pyramid, you can find part of the Limestone casing, which survived into the modern era. At the time of the 18th dynasty, the exterior of the pyramid was destroyed due to the Pharaoh Ramses II temple construction plan. It is special because there are two entrances to the tomb of the pharaoh.
