Museum of New Zealand

Museum of New Zealand is the biggest museum of Southern Hemisphere. Located near the Queens Bay in Wellington, at the center of the city, it is the only museum in New Zealand that is under the control of the government. Construction began in 1933 and was moved and subsequently expanded in 1986. The new exhibition hall was opened in February 1998, free of charge for the visitors. People go to visit the museum continuously every day. The museum is very educational; the audience can learn relative knowledge by using their hands, watching videos, and listening to audio guides.
