Basically circle C to circle E belongs to Hamburg surrounding. Attractions are basically in the circle A and circle B. the circle is divided into 5 regions, each region has a three digit code. In Hamburg buying tickets is based on these three numbers to determine the price of tickets. “USAR” U refers to the subway (U-Bahn), S refers to the city elevated rapid train (S-Bahn), A refers to suburban quick connect train (AKN-Anschlussbahn), R refers to regional train (R-Regionalbahn). There are three subway lines in Hamburg, 6 city fast elevated trains, 3 suburban fast connect railways and 9 regional railways.
