Chongqing Train

Chongqing is a mail Railway hub for Southwest China. Chongqing has a Chengdu-Chongqing railway, Sichuan-Guizhou Railway, Xiangyu, Chongqing-Huaihua Railway, Chongqing railway (first high-speed railway in Western China) five electric powered railway lines and Dhawan railway. There are other local railways, such as thirty thousand railway (Qijiang Sanjiang to Wansheng) and Wan Nan Railway (Wansheng to Nanchuan) and the planned numbers of railways. Chongqing will become China's the fifth-largest railway hub after Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan.

Chongqing Railway Station

Chongqing Railway Station, also known as Caiyuanba train station, established in 1952,officially put into operation on July 1,1952, is located in Yuzhong District, Caiyuanba Street, Nanqu road 249, Chongqing is one of the two main rail passenger serving the area. This station handles mostly long distance trains to the rest of China. Chongqing Station is located near the Yangtze River, adjacent to Caiyuanba Bridge, and can be reached by Chongqing rail Line 1 and Line 3.

Chongqing North Railway Station

Chongqing North handles most of the rail transport, and high speed railway passenger traffic that transit to Chengdu. Services includes G and D series trains to Chengdu, Chengdu East, Lanzhou, Xi'an North, Zhengzhou, Shanghai Hongqiao, Wuhan, Changsha, Beijing West, south of Nanjing, Hangzhou, east, Xiamen, Fujian, Z50 / Z49 to Beijing, and general speed train K504/K503 from Changsha to Chengdu,it will join up with Lanzhou-Chongqing railway, Zhengzhou-Chongqing passenger line, Chongqing-Lichuan Railway, and set aside a number of high-speed railway lines.

Bus: Outbound passengers could get to the square through escalators to take the bus. Through these bus lines, passengers can go to Nanping Junction, University City, Beibei, Yangjiaping, Shapingba, Liberation Monument and other places.

Tracks: Walk about 500 meters to the orbital station, at the station square, after walking 500 meters, passengers can reach to the track line 3 within 500 meters walking distance per instruction.

Taxi: Take at ungrounded second floor. Outbound customers at the ungrounded third floor can get to the second floor using escalators to take a taxi.

Long-distance bus: long-distance bus located on the left side of north station house is still under construction, from North Plaza, you need to take bus 663 to the South Plaza, and then into the Longtousi bus station for long-distance bus.

Car: Outbound travelers can use escalators to move to leveling square, to the temporary parking lot at Lushan or Emei road, it takes about 5 minutes by walk.

Chengdu-Chongqing High-speed Rail

A variety of vehicles can take you to the high-speed rail at the North Plaza. Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail stops at Chongqing North Railway Station which can be reached by 10 different bus lines; Guests who do not want to take the bus can take Line 3; Guests by car or taxi can get to the North Plaza field by following signage.
