With the relaxation of movement restrictions countrywide, Helal Al Marri, Director General of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, told Bloomberg TV that he predicts Dubai will most likely reopen for tourists in early July 2020.
He shared that the reopening would start gradually and is subject to delays taking in to consideration the current global situation and pandemic. “The thing about the scenario is a global question. Many countries remain closed and it’s more about the bilateral discussion,” clarified Helal Al Marri.
