Counselor of WTCF Secretariat

Mr. He Shengkang has many years of experience in tourism. He joined Chinese National Tourism Administration in 1976 and was dispatched to China International Travel Service (CITS) in 1986 during the reform. During his career, he experienced the hardships and prosperity of Chinese tourism market. No matter inbound or outbound, online or offline, he proved himself an outstanding operator in all the fields. At present, he is acting as the counselor of World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF) secretariat.
