【Introduction】:The WTCF Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit 2017 is held in Los Angeles, USA on September 19th. Mayors from 87 cities gathered together to discuss development of world tourism.
The WTCF Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit 2017 is held in Los Angeles, USA on September 19th. Mayors from 87 cities gathered together to discuss the development of world tourism.
This year’s summit, themed “Impact of Globalization on World Tourism City Development”, attracted about 400 delegates. Ministers, mayors, and international organization representatives from 51 countries and 87 cities were invited to attend the summit.
According to Song Yu, Secretary-General of WTCF, “tourism development would promote a better development of economic, transportation, culture and communication between two different cities, and would make a better city of the residences.”
During the summit, “Promoting the Globalization of World Tourism Cities — Los Angeles Declaration of WTCF” was issued, which put forward topics such as “strengthening the safety and security of world tourism” and “Ensuring the effective protection of tourism resources”.
