Cartagena International Film Festival (FICCI), founded in Cartagena, the capital of Bolivarian province of the Republic of Colombia in 1960, is known as the "only official International Film Festival in South America" and the leading film festival in Latin America, recognized and supported by the Federation of international film producers' associations.
