Prague Proms is an international music festival, organised by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra. It offers jazz, musical, film pieces, and it covers all the music genres. As the most spectacular event of the festival it is considered the Hollywood Night featuring film music.

This year, it will be led once again under the baton of the legendary wizard Carl Davis. The festival kicks off with the concert of The Pražský výběr Symphony. One of the festival attractions will be Ennio Morricone’s concert at the Smetana Hall. Visitors can also look forward to the world’s foremost jazz vocalist Kurt Elling, the Swedish trombonist, composer and conductor Christian Lindberg, the great jazz-rock pianist Chick Corea, the Brussels Jazz Orchestra, the septet Mnozil Brass and others.
