Hamburg’s Water Life: Mid-Summer City and Seashore

On July 31, 2018, Hamburg was like what the picture book has described: people who live in northern Germany are experiencing an unusual summer. A completely different voice has been spreading beyond Hamburg, “It will rain for half of the year, and the other half will not be in good weather.” Also because of this reason, Hamburg people can enjoy more sunshine in the city and on the seashore as the cool breeze caresses their cheeks. In the coming summer, with three new movies to be debuted in the theaters, the city will showcase its classic lifestyle: taking a short but interesting tour along the Elbe River. The “Water Life” event has been launched at www.hamburg-tourismus.de/stadtkueste, which features videos about water culture and water events. Water and life are harmoniously combined, and you are welcome to join it.

With this year’s nice temperature, the entire of Hamburg’s seashores are teeming with visitors.
