Beers 2016

1st August – 2nd August 2016, The Old Railway Station, Tel Aviv- Yaffo.

This traditional beer festival showcases some of Israel’s finest brews from the largest breweries as well as many of Israel’s excellent boutique breweries. And if you’re a fan of imported beers, you’ll have an amazing selection to choose from.

Animix

The International Festival of Comics, Animation and Caricatures, 2nd August – 8th August 2016, Cinemateque Tel Aviv, Tickets 30 – 50 NIS.

This will be the 16th annual Animix festival. This is your chance to meet the best, upcoming artists from Israel and abroad, to see the very latest animated film and take part in some of the many exciting and interesting workshops open to the public.

Second Hand Festival

2nd August – 3rd August 2016, Charles Clore Park, Lahat Promenade, Tel Aviv.

Get some great bargains at this second hand fair organized by Yad2 – cellular phones, computers, works of art, clothing, sunglasses in fact, anything and everything that somebody doesn’t need anymore. Also enjoy live music from some of Israel’s leading artists and bands. Entrance is free.
 

Fairy Tale Park

Every Wednesday from 3rd August – 24th August 2016, Menachem Begin Park, Free entry.

Every Wednesday, as the day gets cooler and the sun starts to set, bring the children to enjoy a children’s play. What better way to relax in the middle of the summer break and after a hectic day at the beach or the mall.

Yafui Magic

16th August 2016, Ed Koch Tennis Courts next to Davidoff Park, Starts 19:00, entry free.

An evening just for the kids (but one that parents will enjoy as well). A musical evening where the children will be able to enjoy songs and music from one of Israel’s leading children’s artists.

Street Ball Tel AVIV

28th August – 30th August 2016, basketball courts across the city.

A “white night” of basketball organized by the Israel basketball Association. At dozens of courts across the city, matches and competitions open to all. Try your luck at sinking a 3, enjoy a fast game or take part in the many activities that will keep you going through the night.
