【Introduction】：12th International Meeting of Folklore Ensembles “Prague Folklore Days” is the biggest folk dance event in central Europe.

12th International Meeting of Folklore Ensembles “Prague Folklore Days” is the biggest folk dance event in central Europe. The festival is open for amateur folklore ensembles of all types (singing groups, dancing groups with live or recorded music, historic groups) as well as for marching groups (majorettes, historic soldiers, marching bands, flag wavers, carnival groups etc.) without age limitations. Open air performances of the ensembles are situated in the centre of Prague and during the festival the folklore groups will have for example the parade of all ensembles through the city centre of Prague.
