Since its foundation in 2006, the first degustation restaurant in the Czech Republic has maintained a high level of service. The restaurant was crowned with a Michelin star in 2012. You can try a degustation menu with several courses and a selection of superb wines. The renowned head chef, OldřichSahajdák, looks for inspiration in the cookery books of the century before the last and enjoys preparing local fish from Czech rivers. You can try several dishes without using cutlery, just as the head chef planned.
