Trip.com Group, China’s leading travel services provider has signed an exclusive 18 month China Business Development Collaboration with Experience Hub, to support Trip.com employees to promote Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, one of the fastest growing leisure and entertainment destinations globally, as the perfect holiday destination for Chinese tourists.
This will be the first Business Development Collaboration in China to promote Yas Island Abu Dhabi, where the partnership will see the two entities work together on a structured program focused around engagement, training and incentivisation of Trip.com’s agents and sales associates. The programme aims to develop staff loyalty to the unique island destination, in order to drive further visitations from China, and support the recovery of the travel and tourism sector. The program kicked off with a three-day Yas Island Week Celebration event inside Trip.com HQ, China, with over 100 employees from Sales, Marketing and Call Centre in attendance to further develop the knowledge of Yas Island amongst Trip.com employees and celebrate the staff who drive sales and promote the destination to Trip.com’s consumer travel customer base.
China market has always and will always remain one of the top key markets to Yas Island.
