Petersburg: Metro Will Work at Night during the Holidays in May

The St. Petersburg metro will be open at night on the coming holidays: May 1, Easter, ‘Museum Night’ and Victory Day. The trains will run on Easter night (April 27-28), the night of the Spring and Labor Day (May 1-2) and on the night of Victory Day (May 9-10). During the cultural event "Night of Museums", the metro will also continue its work on the night of May 18-19.

Earlier we reported that St. Petersburg was included in the list of top cities on Victory Day. The Northern Capital and other cities of Russia were rated by the popularity and uniqueness of the events. The ranking of Russian cities with the most interesting festive fireworks and parades on Victory Day was prepared by experts of the analytical agency ‘TourStat’.
