The Director of China Tourism Economy and Policy Research Center, Beijing Union University; The Deputy Secretary of the Leisure and Resort Department of China Tourism Association; the guest researcher of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The work over a long term was to be mainly responsible for the policy research and the reform of tourism system and mechanism. The primary writer of many important files for tourism development, such as “The State Council on Acceleration of the Development of Tourism Industry” in 2009, and “The State Council on Promoting the Reform and Development of Tourism” in 2014, etc.; the report drafter of many national tourism conferences; and the important speech drafter for many leaders at China National Tourism Administration.
