Introduction: Dr. JOSE ANDRES COCA-STEFANIAK is Senior Lecturer of the University of Greenwich since 2014. His responsibilities are Lecturer on a number of undergraduate courses, including Event Operations (course leader - Level 5); Destination Management (course leader - Level 5); Sustainable Tourism (course leader and founder - Level 4); Sustainable Events (course leader and founder - Level 4); Experience Design and Marketing of Events (Level 4); Human Resources Management for Events, Tourism and Hospitality (Level 5); and Marketing for Tourism and Hospitality (Level 5). Dr. JOSE ANDRES COCA-STEFANIAK’s research interests are mainly about City marketing and branding, management of places and tourism destinations, town center competitiveness, smart cities and tourism destinations, sustainability in tourism and events.
