Introduction: Mr. Fang Zehua graduated from the Department of Economic Management of Renmin University of China. He is currently a member of the Beijing Tourism Development Committee. His researches are mainly about tourism planning, tourism industry management and tourism industry development. Mr. Fang was responsible for compiling "The Master Development Plan for North Beijing Tourism"; set up several special tourism plans including the Beijing Great Wall Tourist Belt, the Grand Canal Tourist Belt, the Northern Mountain Tourism Belt, the Beijing Central Line, Beijing Chaofu Road, etc; promote the launching of Beijing Tourism Industry Development Fund, Beijing Tourism Industry Trading Platform, Beijing Tourism Finance Guarantee Platform, and Beijing Folk Tourism Insurance Platform, etc；formulate Reform Plans for Beijing Tourism Management System, Tourism Supply Side Reform Plan, Action Plan for Beijing Suburb Tourism Development, Upgrade and renovation plan for traditional village tourism in Beijing suburbs, and others.
