Nanjing Heping Cinema is the first professional cinema that adopted full digital technology in Nanjing. The overall design of the cinema follows the concept of advanced international cinemas.

It produces audio-visual effects by applying the latest techniques of the technological revolution in cinema – a low viewpoint, super-scope, and stadium seating, together with a high-fidelity system such as SRD and DTS. The LED display system can clearly show the seating charts in different projection halls, making it convenient for customers to choose their own seats in computerized ticketing.

Special seats, access points and toilets for the handicapped have also been set up . Covering an area of more than 5,000 square meters, the cinema now has more than 1,000 seats in its 11 halls.
