Nanjing Sullivan Food Company was founded by the Taiwan Leading Business Investment Corporation on Nov 8, 1993.

In July 2001, the headquarters invested nearly four million yuan ($65.3 million) to build the first cafe complex, intergrating baked snacks, coffee, simple meals, and tea at No 46 of Shigu Road.

In September 2002, a sushi bar was added on the first floor, which enlarged the operation and service scale, and improved the competitiveness, as well as profits.
