Founded in 1995, Shanghai Grand Restaurant was Nanjing’s first top-level restaurant serving Shanghai cuisine.

In addition, Cantonese high tea is available from 11 am to 4 pm. Customers are encouraged to try the fresh shelled shrimp sausage, minced pork congee with preserved egg, shrimp and leek dumplings, crystal shrimp dumpling king, steamed spare ribs in black bean sauce, braised chicken feet in Zijin sauce, etc.
