The Bruzzano park is one of the most verdant areas of nature in the city, ideal for practicing open-air sports, cycling, jogging, or just relaxing, perhaps sitting on the benches in the shade, chatting, or just listening to the sounds of the forest. The park is carefully maintained, and its paths run amongst poplars, birch, red oak and ash.
This area is linked to Parco Nord, and in total these parks offer 640 hectares of green environment.
Bruzzano park also includes a 16th century castle, still inhabited, and, to the west, the 20th-century Cascina Anna, with a library dedicated to ecological and environmental sciences.
