Victory Park
Park is located between Prospect Masherov and Pobediteley streets ,Orlovskaya and Starovilensky tract, with a total area of 150 hectares. Located on the shores of Lake Komsomolskoe, which was built for blocking the river Svisloch with dam.
In 2008-2011 the park was renovated. Playgrounds have been upgraded, a pedestrian bridge on Bird and Komsomolski Island (a natural reserve) were built. A real gym outdoors is located here. Rescue Station was rebuilt and equipped with quays, several fountains. The motorship "Novyi Nyasvizh" now runs through the lake. The new beach is opened. Water slide, a fort, river lighthouse, umbrellas, cabins, showers, gazebos are found there. Currently, the park is considered to be one of the most popular holiday destinations in Minsk.
