In sync with the Expo 2015, one of the main social and cultural global events for the new millennium, the exhibition narrates the state of the art of scientific research on food and nutrition. It tackles and describes the theme using a straightforward language that is accessible to all and it involves visitors in a multy-sensory narrative. The interactive and playful exhibits, structured in six modules, combine the rigor of science with the pleasures of the food.
