Palazzo Marino - Sala Resurrezione
The frescoes are from the Benedictine nuns convent of San Vincenzino: it is a series devoted to the life of Christ, attributed to Giovanni da Lomazzo (between 1530 and 1555). There are two panels with figures of the saints Lorenzo and Vincenzo, a scene with the Way to Calvary, a Deposition in the Sepulchre and the Descent into Limbo. Furthermore, in a faux architectural frame, are the paintings Noli Me Tangere and Adoration of the Child.
Palazzo Marino - Sala Delle Tempere
This room contains four large paintings depicting scenes from the life of S. Peter and Paul, originating from the Villa Litta Modignani. It is believed that the works can be attributed to an unknown Roman painter, possibly around 1630.
