Introduction: Latin Carnival is the cultural activity most representing the fervor of summer, including concerts, cultural exhibitions, movie shows, book shows, tourism information shows, disco and other activities held in restaurants serving traditional delicacies. These activities last from 18:00 till 2:00 in the morning every day.
