Bergmannstraßenfest

The Bergmannstraßenfest with its open-minded and multi-cultural atmosphere attracts tourists and locals alike. The festival offers international food delicacies, works of art, handmade items and much more.

On several stages along Bergmannstraße, a number of performances ranging from children's theatre to comedy and jazz concerts entertain the crowd.

Jazz music at Bergmannstraßenfest

It is the jazz music that makes the Bergmannstraßenfest so very special and popular even outside Berlin. About 50 national and international bands and ensembles present jazz music on three stages: at the corners of Mehringdamm, Nostitzstraße and Zossener Straße. Hence, the Bergmannstraßenfest is also known as "Kreuzberg jazzt" ("Kreuzberg jazzes").
