Soak up the carnival atmosphere and sporting spirit with Brazil Day in Trafalgar Square, hosted by the Embassy of Brazil in London.

Four years after the London 2012 Olympic Games, and with the Paralympic Games in full swing in Rio, the festival showcases Brazilian culture and the country’s love of sport.

Enjoy Brazilian rhythms, from bossa nova to samba. Watch highlights of the Rio 2016 Games on the big screen. Get a taste of Brazil at the food and drink stalls which serve up such treats as a churrasco barbecue, açaí and pão de queijo. And join in the interactive sporting activities.

The festival takes place between 12pm and 7pm.
