Paris Chinatown Spring Festival Parade Under Tight Security, Tens of Thousands of Spectators Watched in the Rain

Three months after the Paris terrorist attack, Paris Chinatown in 13rd district held its Spring Festival make-up parade on February 14 according to the past practice. The celebration was under tight police security and attracted tens of thousands of Parisians and tourists to watch.
