Seventh Egyptian “Happy Spring Festival” Temple Fair Held in Cairo

Local time February 19, the seventh "Happy Spring Festival" big temple fair was held in Cairo’s Maadi Island Park. The event was jointly organized by the Chinese Embassy in Egypt, Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Egyptian Ministry of Culture and undertaken by the Chinese Culture Center in Cairo.

On the day, song and dance troupes, local arts groups and college students from Hubei, Gansu, Jiangsu and other places of China performed rich and colorful cultural programs. Activities such as China and Egypt traditional folk intangible cultural heritage exhibition, Chinese martial arts performance and Chinese knowledge quiz activities etc were also held at the scene, attracting a large number of local people to watch and involve in the interaction.
