An Open China: Promising Jilin Meeting the World

The Ambassador of Peru to China, Juan Carlos Capuñay, through his speech during the event "An Open China: Jilin promising that meets the world" in Jilin, mentions the need to promote platforms of cooperation and mutual benefit in the provinces of China and its autonomous regions.
