This is a grand traditional festival in Cambodia. The ceremony will be presided by the Agricultural Department of the government, held in particular holy field. And they will arrange five pavilions all around; there is a statue of Buddha in each pavilion. This ceremony is very grand, like to simulate the process of labor one year. The king and queen will come to watch personally. The officials and foreign diplomats also wear formal attire to attend. One day off for government agencies.
