Pečene paprike (Sweet/Spicy)

Serbia is rich with all kinds of pepper; roasted pepper is a major local specialty. The fresh peppers are slightly roasted on the fire, adding olive oil, garlic, and so on to pickle together. Tall bell peppers are generally not spicy, but there is a small green pepper which is extremely spicy, it is the pepper added in the Serbian salad.
