Funnel cake

The Funnel Cake is a specialty of Canadian cakes. Mix flour, milk, yolk and other ingredients; add sugar, salt and other seasonings to the mixture and stir it to the sticky form; pour it into the container over the boiling-oiled pot. Now the sticky mixture drops into the boiling-oiled pot through the funnel-shaped opening of the container. After the mixture is fried, it can be eaten with fruit sauce or other things you prefer.
