It seemed that this man would never give up until he reaches the goal of eating the dish. When he heard that the ingredients were ordered in Sixiang Village, he spurred on a horse rapidly to get the ingredients himself. The cook was moved by his behavior and attitude, so he made the dish more carefully and made its shape as a sleigh bell to commemorate his move. Then, the people began to call the dish as “Fried Tofu Skin Roll”.
