Fried Oysters

In Minnan dialect, fried oysters is also called oyster omelet. It can be seen in many places of Fujian Province. Even though their methods are a little different, oyster and sweet potato starch are indispensable. Put the chopped leeks and fresh oysters together, add some sweet potato starch, and fry them to a golden color, spread a circle of egg mixture, and then you will get a plate of delicious fried oysters. The taste will be better if dip a little of chili sauce. Due to the rich nutrition of oyster which is called the “the milk in the sea”, this snack is suitable for both the elderly and the young.
