Located at No.18 on the famous Bund of Shanghai, Hakkasan Restaurant has brilliant brand design, delicious food, special mixed drink art and services of bartenders, which makes it add more charm to each other with the most typical views of Shanghai.

Shanghai Hakkasan Restaurant has three different dining rooms. Ling Ling Bar is located in the front of the exotic building clusters on the Bund. From there, customers can overlook Shanghai Bund while enjoying dinner and drinks in a pleasant and relaxing mood. The “Cage Area” lets guests enjoy their own secret room after the delicate screen. Finally, taking the food culture in Shanghai into consideration, there are also five luxury guest rooms around the restaurant.

Our menu is designed by Tang Zhiwei, the major chef of Michelin. Mr. Tang has inherited the Chinese style and what his modern cooking style stresses is not traditional Chinese cooking skill but the natural flavor of every ingredient. The special dish is cooked using the local ingredients. Some dishes like silver pout boasted by Champagne and Chinese honey, crispy duck with salad, Kobe beef aromatherapy jasmine tea and so on let us experience the unique delicious food.

In the Hakkasan Shanghai Restaurant, dinner is provided every day. On Friday and Saturday, menu is still offered at late night. On Saturday and Sunday, there is also wonderful Hakka Bund Weekend brunch.
