Located in Boai County of Northwest Jiaozuo, Qingtian River Scenic Area is honored as “Three Gorges in North China.” It has won the titles of Global Geopark, National 5A Tourist Attraction, Key National Park of China, National Water Park, National Macaque Natural Reserve, Top 10 Most Attractive Scenic Areas in Henan, and Top 10 Hottest Tourist Attractions in Henan. It is also a scientific expedition base for Chinese youths. Covering an area of 106 square kilometers, it contains 7 sightseeing areas such as Yueshan Temple and Jinjia Mountain, as well as 308 scenic spots.
