Cospicua City

It is the biggest city of the “Three Cities.” In earlier times, it was called Bormla due to the heroic actions of the citizens during the 1565 during Great Siege of Malta. The name Bormla was given by the Knights of St John, which means brave. Now there are all old shipyards along the coast of the city. The landmarks in the city are the Margherita, which survived during the Second World War and the Immaculate Conception Parish Church, which possessed rich treasures.
