Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge is the first bridge that has ever been built spanning across the Yangtze River in China. This bridge connects the Turtle Mountain in Han Yang and the Snake Mountain in Wuchang. The Yangtze River Bridge, accomplished in the 1950s with the establishment of PRC, is the first bridge ever been built across the massive river. It is also the first multi-function bridge (railway and roadway) that links South and North China, and plays an import role in the economic development of China.
