Stalin Park is an open landscape park beside the Songhua River. It is home to Flood Control Monument. In the park, you can appreciate Russia-style landscape, art statues and buildings with Russian classical style. In summer, trees here create a pleasant shade, thus making the park a good place for strolling.
Built in 1953 and originally known as Jiangpan Park, Stalin Park overlooks Sun Island Scenic Area across the Songhua River. In the early times, many movies and TV dramas were shot in the park, such as Case of Xu Qiuying, Three Black Triangles, and Harbin Enveloped in Darkness.
