The Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An will open Dec. 20 after renovations to its 60 renovated resort villas and 40 private-residence villas are completed.
The beachfront property will have three restaurants and three pools, and will add a beach bar and kids club. The hotel will also feature a spa with eight private pavilions.
The resort is located near Hoi An, a Unesco-protected trading port dating back to the 15th century, and is about a half-hour south of Da Nang International Airport. The property, which was built in 2006, is owned by Singapore-based Hotel Properties Ltd. and Dubai-based ASB Development Ltd.
